Full brand identity development for Banking Works, a forward-thinking company aiming to redefine how the financial services industry operates. As a growing presence in the sector, they approached us to help shape a brand that reflects both their ambition and their ability to challenge convention.

Responding to the evolving demands of the industry, we began with a strategic name development process. The result - Banking Works - is a bold, confident name that communicates both purpose and transformation. It speaks directly to their mission: to represent a more flexible, collaborative, and modern way of thinking about financial services.

With the new name in place, we built a brand identity that is both adaptable and expressive. The brandmark is designed to tell mini visual stories - evoking ideas of growth, partnership, progress and creativity. It becomes a device for communication as much as identification, reinforcing the brand’s role as a dynamic force within a traditionally rigid industry.

The visual identity is underpinned by a distinct typography system and a vibrant, contemporary colour palette. Together, these elements form a cohesive look and feel that speaks to the business’s forward-facing attitude. The system was carefully rolled out across all brand touchpoints, ensuring consistency without compromising flexibility.

To bring the brand to life, we also developed a brand film that captures the essence of Banking Works: open, optimistic and ambitious. With the line ‘Anything is possible when you put our minds to it,’ the film sets the tone for a brand that isn’t just reacting to change - but actively driving it.
